Opening Hours

Tuesday to Saturday: 9.30am - 5.30pm (Closed 1pm - 2pm). 

Closed Mondays.

Closed Saturday of Bank Holiday Weekends.

Millstreet library offers a wide range of books for lending to adults and children, including books on tape. A selection of general reference books is also held, such as encyclopedias and dictionaries. The library also holds the following newspapers and magazines: The Irish Examiner, The Corkman, and Hello. 

Public toilet available.

 

Internet Access 

Internet access is available on public computers. Advance booking is advisable. There is free Wi-Fi for members.

 

Remote Printing

You can now print remotely to the printer in Millstreet Library. You can print from your tablet or smartphone, from your home computer or laptop. Then collect your prints from a staff member at the library by the close of business the following day. Exception: Any print job sent on a Saturday will need to be collected that day.

A4 black and white is €0.15 per page. 
A4 colour is €0.60 per page.

  3. Upload your print job and send it directly to the printer!

2.) From Tablet or Smartphone

  1. Download the Princh App from Google Play Store or iTunes App Store.
  2. Open the App and follow the instructions.
  3. Enter printer ID 111581.
Photocopying

Photocopying is available in Black and White and Colour.

A4 black and white is €0.15 per page. 

A4 colour is €0.60 per page.

Every Tuesday - School Classes Visit

First & Third Wednesday of the month – Irish Conversation Group Meeting 11.00am – 12.00pm

Second Wednesday of the month – Creative Writing Meeting  11.00am – 12.00pm

Every Wednesday, the Knit & Natter Group meet in the afternoon 2.30 – 4.00pm

Every Thursday, School Classes visit.

First Friday of the month, Tots Time 11.00 – 11.30am

Second Friday of the month, Adult Bookclub 11.00 – 12.00pm.

Fourth or last Friday of the month, Age-Friendly Meeting , 11.00am – 12.00pm

Every Saturday, there will be Children’s Storytime at 11.00 – 11.30am

Second Saturday of the month, Board Gaming fun for families 2.30 – 4.00pm

Third Saturday of the month, Lego Club 2.30 – 4.00pm

Last Saturday of the month, there will be a Children’s Book Club meeting 3.00 – 4.00pm.
