The easiest and quickest way for people to renew their motor tax is online at www.motortax.ie. Should you be experiencing any difficulties renewing your motor tax online, please email: motortax@transport.gov.ie. 

For postal applications, motor tax forms can be downloaded from the menus below and posted to:

In cases where people need to attend the Cork Motor Tax Office in person they should access our online booking system which allows users to book their own appointment via www.yourcouncil.ie. Appointments can also be booked through the Customer Contact Centre by calling 021 4544566.
