Corporate Plan
Cork County Council’s Corporate Plan 2025-2029 was recently passed by Council. This Corporate Plan is a statement of strategy, as required under Section 134(2) of the Local Government Act 2001, setting out our vision for the county, the core values and priorities that underpin it, and the services through which it will be delivered. It provides clear priorities, goals and objectives for the next five years, to direct and focus in our drive to achieve the conditions for progressive, vibrant, climate-resilient and economically sustainable communities.
The Corporate Plan was developed through a series of stakeholder consultations, surveys and submission invitations, issued via the Public Participation Network, Cork Chamber, and Cork Sports Partnership, public notices in newspapers, radio advertisements, the Cork County Council website and social media advertisements.
The plan will provide the overarching framework for the Council’s Annual Budgets and Capital Work Programmes, Annual Service Delivery Plans and Annual Reports, ensuring a continued focus on delivering the plan's ambitious objectives. It also acts as a framework for the integration of key national, regional and local policies into the strategic delivery of our work programmes.
