Hosted by Cork Young Filmmakers and Cork Film Centre with the support of Cork County Council and SECAD, the highly anticipated event celebrated a year long journey of filmmaking with young people from County Cork.

A community display of Skibbereen’s draft Town Centre First Regeneration Plan in will be held on Wednesday December 13th at Skibbereen Town Hall. The event will be hosted by consultants Cunnane Stratton Reynolds and A Playful City, supported by Cork County Council as well as members of the Skibbereen Town Team.

LOCAL MARKETS SHOWCASE THE ‘BEST COUNTY CORK HAS TO OFFER’

The Mayor of the County of Cork, Cllr Frank O’Flynn and Chief Executive of Cork County Council Valerie O’Sullivan are encouraging everyone to soak up the festive atmosphere in towns and villages across the county with several pop-up Christmas markets and special events planned over the coming weeks designed to support local businesses, jobs and communities.

Midleton Kickstarts Christmas in County Cork

The Mayor of the County of Cork, Cllr Frank O'Flynn, is encouraging people to show their support for the town of Midleton following the recent devastating floods with a series of events planned in the build up to Christmas. The Christmas lights will be turned on during a day-long programme of events on Sunday, November 19th welcoming the festive season in County Cork.
