Stranger than Fiction: Online Non-fiction Events Series - Úna-Minh Kavanagh
Cork County Council Library and Arts Service is delighted to announce a series of free online events with authors this April and May.
On Monday 28th April at 7pm, Úna-Minh Kavanagh will speak about her book. Anseo. Anseo is a contemporary story of adoption from Vietnam to Kerry, the power of the Irish language to overcome loss, racism and online trolls.
Úna-Minh is an award-winning multimedia content creator, games producer and author. She has a B.A. in Irish and Journalism from Dublin City University and a Professional Certificate in Digital Policy from University College Dublin. She has also written DIY Gaeilge and co-authored Lonely Planet’s Experience Ireland. She currently works as a Producer with the Irish indie studio Gambrinous on their upcoming gothic horror game Eyes of Hellfire.
