Cork County Council’s Chief Executive, Valerie O’Sullivan, has launched a review document showcasing the key achievements over the past 5 years.

This review highlights the progress made under the 9 Strategic Themes of the 2019-2024 Corporate Plan, setting the stage for the new Corporate Plan 2025-2029.

Over the past five years, Cork County Council has navigated numerous challenges, from the reorganisation of its administrative boundaries to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Despite these hurdles, €3.2 billion was invested in projects and services across the county which saw the council make substantial progress in achieving its goals.

As Cork County Council celebrates its 125th anniversary it looks forward to continued success and progress over the next five years with the new corporate plan.
