Notice of Levying of Commercial Rates (10-01-2025)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 3(1) of the Local Government Rates (Financial Procedures) Regulations 2023 that the Annual Rate on Valuation for all rateable properties within the rating authority of Cork County Council for the financial year from 01st January 2025 to 31st December 2025 is 81.27 as adopted at the Budget Meeting of the above-mentioned local authority held on 4th December 2024.

The rate calculated under Section 4(1) of the Local Government Rates and Other Matters Act 2019, as amended, falls due and payable from the 1st January 2025.
