Proposed Traffic Calming Measures for L1513 – Pike Road, Fermoy, Co. Cork

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Cork County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to install traffic calming measures including raised speed tables on L1513, Pike Road, Fermoy.

Drawings and particulars of the proposed works will be available for inspection from Friday 17th  May 2024 until to  Friday 14th June 2024.

  • at Cork County Council’s Offices, Town Hall, Fermoy, Co. Cork  or before 4 pm on Friday 14th June 2024 between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.  

Submissions or observations relating to the proposed works may be made to:

  • in writing to: Senior Executive Engineer, Fermoy  M.D. Road Operations, Town Hall, Fermoy, Co. Cork

Please include the Section 38 project title (as per the above notice) on all submissions and observations sent to Cork County Council relating to the proposed works. It should be noted that the Freedom of Information Act applies to all records held by Cork County Council.
