Section 38 – Proposed Proposed Enhanced Traffic Calming & Sustainable Travel Measures R639, Fermoy-Downing Bridge, Kilworth, Co Cork.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Cork County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to carry out the following traffic calming, and active travel works on the R639, Fermoy-Downing Bridge, Kilworth, Co Cork.
Drawings and particulars of the proposed scheme are available for inspection:

- Cork County Council, Fermoy Municipal District Office, Town Hall, Fermoy , Co. Cork, P61AW63 and may be inspected during normal offices hours from 24th July until 7th August 2024 inclusive.
Submissions regarding the proposal may be made via email to fermoy@corkcoco.ie or in writing to the Senior Executive Engineer, Roads Department, Fermoy Municipal District Office, Cork County Council, Town Hall, Fermoy , Co. Cork, P61AW63 on or before 7th August 2024.
