What we do (Traffic and Transport)

We are Part of Forward Planning function, a sub section of the Planning Department. We develop Transportation Strategies for populated areas in Cork County. We work with Planning colleagues in various projects where transportation planning is of particular importance. During a large volume of our work we engage in Liaison with Key Stakeholders in Transportation on a national level. Following the planning stage, we implement sustainable travel projects and assist with Development Management function of Cork County Council.
