Dursey Island Fares

Prices are for a return trip. Cash and card payments accepted.

There is no booking required, with visitors being accommodated on a first come, first served basis.  However, priority access is granted to island residents and island farmers. 

The cable car is subject to regular inspections and scheduled maintenance.  Notwithstanding this, unforeseen issues can arise from time to time and these are addressed as a priority by the Council.  The safety of passengers is a priority for Cork County Council and is the foremost consideration. 

Visitors are advised to contact the Cable Car Station in advance of travel to ensure the service is in operation and there is capacity for travel.  Contact 027-73851 or 086-1911983.
