The recount in the Cobh Local Electoral Area has now concluded. Dominic Finn (Fianna Fáil) has been elected.

LOCAL ELECTION UPDATE: 10:30am on Monday 10th June 2024

A full recount is underway at Cork County Hall for the Cobh Local Electoral Area.

Dominic Finn (FF) was deemed elected following the eleventh count, however just seven votes separated him and the final remaining candidate CIíona O’Halloran (GP). A full recount was subsequently requested.
