To all ship owners, shipmasters, agents, fishing vessels, pleasure craft users, seafarers, fishery organisations and general port users.

Ballycotton Harbour – Dredging operations.
Temporary deployment of data buoys in Ballycotton Bay

Mariners are advised that in order to facilitate the forthcoming dredging campaign in Ballycotton Harbour, two data monitoring buoys will be established from 19th August 2024 to 31st October 2024.

Details of Vessel:
Works vessel Ocen Supporter (Call sign: EI-TS6) will deploy the buoys. Radio transmissions will be conducted on VHF Channel 10 and will monitor VHF CH16 during the deployment and recovery.
