The Minister for Social Protection Dara Calleary has confirmed that the Humanitarian Assistance Scheme will be available to provide support to those living in properties directly affected by Storm Éowyn.
 

Phonelines at our Bantry Area Office (027 50058) and Bantry Fire office(027 50505) are currently out of service.

Please be advised that Bantry Area Office and Bantry Fire Office will be closed tomorrow, Friday 13th of December due to necessary electrical works.

Please be advised that Raffeen Civic Amenity Site will be closing at 3:00PM on Thursday 5th of December.

Due to the Red Rainfall Warning all Civic Amenity Sites, due to be open on Saturday 23rd November 2025, will all open at the later time of 11:00 am. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
