Invite the Mayor to Your Event
The Mayor’s Office is responsible for liaising with event organisers in relation to the Mayor’s attendance at events. The below form should be returned to the Mayor’s Office as soon as possible (preferably no less than 2 weeks before the event). When the information is received, the Mayor’s attendance will then be confirmed depending on availability. Whilst every effort will be made to facilitate requests, the Mayor may not always be in a position to attend. In some cases a Deputy may attend on behalf of the Mayor.
