Cork County Inovation Showcase at County Hall

Public Service Transformation Week 2024 takes place from 21st – 25th of October this year.

Transformation Week highlights the breath of innovation and transformation happening in our Public Service, under the Better Public Services Strategy and is coordinated by the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform.

To mark the week, we are inviting you to join us at Cork County Hall on Monday the 21st of October between 1pm and 4pm, where we will showcase just some of our projects and initiatives that are ensuring better and more inclusive services for the citizens of County Cork.

Projects on display include our innovative Cobh Rain Garden project, how we are using biofuel to power our fleet, projects that are putting our Community Action Programme into action locally, new methods of housing construction and information on our unique natural and historical sites at Harpers Island Wetlands and Camden Fort Meagher.
