From The Well Short Story Competition

From the Well is the Library and Arts Service annual short story competition with the publication being launched at West Cork Literary Festival on Friday 19 July, 1pm at Bantry Library. 

The twentieth edition of Cork County Council and Library Service annual shorty story anthology From the Well, bring us on a jaunt around Ireland; from rural farms and seaside villages to the city’s streets and journeys to the UK. 

The numerous tales, voices and characters each capture a moment in time from the past to present day. This is an impressive collection of stories showcasing emerging talent from County Cork and beyond.
