Call for Artists for Clonakilty Public Art Scheme

Cork County Council and the OPW, under the State’s Per Cent for Arts Scheme, have announced a call for submissions for a public art commission as part of the Clonakilty Flood Relief Scheme. 
Per Cent for Art is a government initiative where 1% of the cost of any publicly funded capital, infrastructural and building development can be allocated to the commissioning of a work of art.

Seachtain na Gaeilge: Connecting the Past and Future

Cork County Council has announced its Seachtain na Gaeilge 2025 programme, with Irish language events taking place in libraries, schools and online next month. Ireland’s largest annual celebration of our native language and culture, Seachtain na Gaeilge, runs from the 1st to the 17th of March.
