N71 Road Closure

The N71 National Secondary Road between Molly Gallivan’s Visitor Centre and the Kerry/Cork County Bounds (N71 Caha Tunnel) will be closed from Tuesday 5th October 2021 to Tuesday 14th December 2021 (ten weeks).

The purpose of the road closure is to facilitate repairs and maintenance works at the Caha Tunnel (KY-N71-022.00).

An alternative route will be clearly signposted.
The proposed diversion routes are shown on the attached drawing and will also be available to view on Kerry County Council's website.
