Section 38 - Proposed Traffic Calming Measures Carrigaline Municipal District

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Cork County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to introduce speed control measures in the form of raised tabletop ramps at the following locations throughout the Carrigaline Municipal District.

• Ballygarvan Village.
• Brightwater Estate, Crosshaven.
• Halfway Village.
• Highbury Estate Waterpark Carrigaline.
• Church bay road Crosshaven.

Drawings and particulars are available for inspection at Cork County Council, Municipal District Engineering Office, Church Road Carrigaline, Co. Cork and may be inspected during normal office hours from 6th August to 23rd August 2024 inclusive.

Submissions regarding the proposals may be made in writing to the above office on or before 5 pm on Friday 23rd August 2024. Submissions may also be made by email to Carrigalineroadsoperations@corkcoco.ie
