National Public Lighting Energy Efficiency Project

Public lighting upgrades will be taking place under the National Public Lighting Energy Efficiency Project (PLEEP) which will be delivered in three geographical regions each led by a Contracting Local Authority known as a Lead Authority.

The Lead Authority are as follows:

  • South West Region – Cork County Council
  • Eastern Region – Kilkenny County Council 
  • North West Region – Mayo County Council
