Road Traffic Act 1994

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Cork County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to install new sections of footpath and to relocate the existing Pedestrian crossing at L-90800-0 Watergrasshill, Co. Cork.

Drawings and particulars indicating the proposals are available for inspection at the Cobh MD Engineering Office, Glanmire, Co. Cork and may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday 2nd August to Monday 2nd September 2024 inclusive. The plans are also available online in the documents attached to this notice.

Submissions regarding the proposals may be made in writing to the Senior Executive Engineer, Regional & Local Roads Design Office, Cork County Council, Floor 3, County Library Building, Cork or to part8.rlrdo@corkcoco.ie by Monday 2nd September 2024.
