Proposed School Zone and associated traffic calming works at L-9801-1 Convent Hill, R-595-1 North Street/Cork Road, L-9827-0 /L-9827-1 Mill Road and L-9800-0 School Road at Gortnaclohy, Skibbereen, Co Cork.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act, 1994, Cork County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to implement a School Zone on the L-9801-0 Convent Hill and L-9800-0 School Road, and associated traffic calming works at R-595-1 North Street/Cork Road and L-9827-0/L-9827-1 Mill Road at Gortnaclohy, Skibbereen, Co. Cork.

Drawings and particulars indicating the proposals are available for inspection at Cork County Council, Skibbereen Area Roads Office, Courthouse, Skibbereen, Co. Cork, P81DX52 and may be inspected during normal office hours from Friday 13th December 2024 to Friday 24th January 2025 inclusive.

Submissions regarding the proposal may be made via email to [email protected] or in writing to the Senior Engineer, Sustainable Travel Unit, Cork County Council, Floor 2, County Hall, Carrigrohane Road, Cork, T12 R2NC on, or before, 5 pm on Friday, 24th January 2025.
