Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council proposes to temporarily close the following road.

Cork County Council, Municipal District of West Cork is inviting applications for its Community Hedge Cutting Scheme for the 2024-2025 season.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 (1) of the Road Traffic Act 2004, as amended, that a Road Works Speed Limit Order has been made to to facilitate the safety of roadworkers and traffic during the duration of works on the N71 Glaslinn Road / Clare O’Leary Walk Active Travel Extension Project. along the N71 Glaslinn Road between Bandon and Innishannon, Co. Cork.

Cork County Council are undertaking a survey of community groups in Cork County.

Update: 3:40PM Mains Power has been restored and Dursey Island Cable Car is operating as normal.

Limerick City and County Council published the Transport Solution for the N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project in March 2022, and subsequently published project updates in February and November 2023. 

Bandon Civic Amenity site will be inaccessible to the public for the remainder of today, Monday 24th of June due to a road traffic incident on the N71 adjacent to the Civic Amenity site.
